  Mark is a very nice man to deal with. But his secretary Terry is very unprofessional. She was a bad attitude and she is an all around NASTY WOMAN!!! I switched insurance companies in June and my now policy started on June 20th. So I called his office to make 100 percent sure my policy with this company was cancelled on the 20th. Today is the 23rd. And she still had not cancelled my insurance. When I asked her why she had not done her job her response was " I will cancel your policy Today, why don't you come here and slap me on wrist for not doing it on the 20th. "VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND
